Our Cleaning Tech’s take the following precautions & measures to fight against the spread of germs and viruses. Our Home Specialist’s are taking steps to do their part in keeping everyone healthy. This includes:

  • Washing hands regularly
  • Will wear face mask upon request
  • Wearing glove while cleaning in home
  • Disinfecting equipment between each job
  • Practice physical distancing in your home, as appropriate

At Park West Cleaning, we have two cleans, our Standard Clean and our “Fresh Start”. The standard clean is what most would consider a deep clean while the Fresh Start is our standard clean with four add on’s for the price of three. This is intended for customers with an empty home who are moving out or into a new space. 

  • You may terminate the service or cancel an appointment for any reason. We require cancellations or modifications to occur 24 hours before the beginning of the arrival window to avoid a cancellation fee of $100. We do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule an appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the beginning of your arrival window prior to the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $100.
  • A cancellation fee of $100 applies if we arrive for a scheduled cleaning but are unable to gain access to your home.

Our hours of operation are:

  • Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday: 8am-5pm
  • Sunday: Closed

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 24 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.

If your home or apartment is deemed by our cleaners to be beyond generally accepted basic home cleaning standards, or is unsafe due to bio hazards or hoarding, we will not clean and you will be charged for the late cancellation fee of $100. We provide general home cleaning on a high level and expect that our customers create environments for us to successfully complete our work in a timely fashion. If we are unable to clean to those standards, we will charge a late cancellation fee for the cleaners time. 

We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.

Upon request, however, we book your cleaner based on availability. We try our best to keep the same cleaner on each residence for continuity. However due to rescheduling and cancellations this is not always possible. 

You do not! However, if it’s your first time signing up for a Park West cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your cleaning tech.

Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. We know life happens, sometimes were stuck in traffic or sometimes you are on a conference call. Leaving a key ensures we are able to gain access in a timely manner and clean your space!

Accidents happen, and if Park West Cleaning is responsible for breaking something in your home, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. However you will likely hear from us about correcting the mistake before our cleaning tech has even left your home.
