At Park West Cleaning, we have two cleans, our Standard Clean and our “Fresh Start”. The standard clean is what most would consider a deep clean while the Fresh Start is our standard clean with four add on’s for the price of three. This is intended for customers with an empty home who are moving out or into a new space.

Upon request, however, we book your cleaner based on availability. We try our best to keep the same cleaner on each residence for continuity. However due to rescheduling and cancellations this is not always possible.
Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. We know life happens, sometimes were stuck in traffic or sometimes you are on a conference call. Leaving a key ensures we are able to gain access in a timely manner and clean your space!
Accidents happen, and if Park West Cleaning is responsible for breaking something in your home, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. However you will likely hear from us about correcting the mistake before our cleaning tech has even left your home.

We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.

At Park West Cleaning, we use professional-grade cleaning products, including but not limited to Scrubbing Bubbles, Easy Off, All-Purpose Cleaner, Windex, Comet, Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish, Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Method Wood Cleaner, and Bio-Clean Hard Water Stain Remover. While we are experienced in using these products safely and effectively, we recognize that every home is unique, and certain surfaces, fixtures, or materials may require specialized care.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Park West Cleaning of any specific cleaning instructions, product restrictions, or delicate surfaces in their home before our service begins. Our standard cleaning methods are designed for general use, and we assume no liability for damage resulting from the use of our standard cleaning products unless prior written notice is provided by the customer regarding specific care requirements.
By booking a service with Park West Cleaning, you acknowledge and agree that Park West Cleaning is not responsible for any damage to surfaces, fixtures, or household items due to the use of our cleaning products, unless such damage is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
