At Park West Cleaning, we have two cleans, our Standard Clean and our “Fresh Start”. The standard clean is what most would consider a deep clean while the Fresh Start is our standard clean with four add on’s for the price of three. This is intended for customers with an empty home who are moving out or into a new space.

Upon request, however, we book your cleaner based on availability. We try our best to keep the same cleaner on each residence for continuity. However due to rescheduling and cancellations this is not always possible. 

Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. We know life happens, sometimes were stuck in traffic or sometimes you are on a conference call. Leaving a key ensures we are able to gain access in a timely manner and clean your space!

Accidents happen, and if Park West Cleaning is responsible for breaking something in your home, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. However you will likely hear from us about correcting the mistake before our cleaning tech has even left your home. 

  • You may terminate the service or cancel an appointment for any reason. We require cancellations or modifications to occur 24 hours before the beginning of the arrival window to avoid a cancellation fee of $100. We do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule an appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the beginning of your arrival window prior to the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $100.
  • A cancellation fee of $100 applies if we arrive for a scheduled cleaning but are unable to gain access to your home.

Our hours of operation are:

  • Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday: 8am-5pm
  • Sunday: Closed

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 24 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.

We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.

You do not! However, if it’s your first time signing up for a Park West cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your cleaning tech.

  2. Bookings: Bookings are confirmed upon completion of payment. Changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to notify may result in cancellation fees.
  3. Payments: All payments are processed securely through our payment platform upon completion of services.
  4. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, we will offer a re-clean within 24 hours at no additional cost, per our guarantee policy.
  5. Liability: Park West Cleaning is insured; however, we are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper use of items, or regular wear and tear.
